Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost with unlimited verifications and unlimited sites. No payment is required and no refund applies.

2. Pro Plan — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and we will process it within 5 business days.

After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard — your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are available. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the annual period.

4. Crypto Top-Ups

Cryptocurrency balance top-ups (credit deposits) are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Please ensure you are satisfied with the service before adding crypto credits. Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or abusive may result in account suspension.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Dashboard → Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no further charges will be made.
